Would you like to have a device repaired? Do you have any questions that your dealer or importer cannot answer or clarify? Are you looking for information about discontinued products? So here’s the place to be!

All LINDEMANN products are manufactured to high quality standards by ISO-certified companies. Should your device nonetheless become defective someday, you can have it repaired within (and also beyond) the guarantee period.

All repairs are carried out in-house. That way we can ensure an optimum service quality and guarantee the value preservation of your LINDEMANN product.

For this purpose we ask you to observe the following information:

Never send in a device unrequested for servicing. We will not perform any repairs without prior consultation.

If we, or your dealer, should request you to send in your device, please always include our service form and a copy of your sales slip within the warranty/guarantee period. Without a suitable warranty certificate, repairs can only be performed at the owner’s expense. This also applies to devices which have already been opened or unauthorized repair attempts.
